Hi, I’m Lindsay!
Listen to Lindsay talk about some of her approaches and guide the interviewer through a somatic therapy exercise.
I want to help you access your inner power and live your most meaningful life! I help people tap into their passions and unique talents to come back to their true self. Do you ever feel like you keep trying different approaches and make a little progress but still feel stuck? I love bringing playfulness, art, nature and mind-body connections into the healing process to break up old patterns and create healthier ones. I enjoy helping people change their ways of relating to anxiety and difficult experiences to go from resistance and dread, to curiosity and kindness.
I have helped many people heal from the effects of trauma and have expertise in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness training and body-based therapeutic approaches. I am really passionate about working with teenagers, adults and couples. I love helping people that are going through faith crises/transitions and other life transitions such as divorce, single parenting, and death of a loved one. I also love helping people work through depression, poor body image, sexual issues, perfectionism, and OCD. Everyone’s experience is unique and I would love to hear your story and together we can create a healing path that is as individual as you are!
